The Connections Management System is a policy administration system designed specifically for the needs of the alternative risk transfer (ART) markets. Powered by a real-time feed of information through the internet, MetaVision WarBoard collects data from clients, medical providers and claims adjusters to provide a single source global display that enables staff to proactively engage with claims.

ClientConnect

It is essential that policy administrators keep their clients informed with easy access to information. ClientConnect is a secure on-line membership portal for clients to file and manage claims on-line, pay bills and stay informed about their employees.

BrokerConnect

Policy Administrators need to communicate with brokers and agents. BrokerConnect is a secure, web-based portal that allows brokers to view their client’s account information, claims and billing information. BrokerConnect provides quick access to late pays, quotes and applications that have not yet been submitted. They can also print or export a client’s loss run reports.

PartnerConnect

Policy Administrators work with partners and vendors that need quick access to client contact information. PartnerConnect is a partner secure, web-based portal that provides quick access to current contact information. Use PartnerConnect to verify coverage, phone numbers and addresses.

Evaluate

The Evaluate program reduces the amount of time involved with safety surveys and onsite safety inspections. Using a PDA or Smartphone Evaluate enables site inspectors to create and complete safety surveys on-line and on location. With Evaluate you can even attach files or images to the completed safety survey.
