ClientConnect is a secure on-line membership portal for clients to file and manage claims on-line, pay bills and stay informed about their employees. New claims can be opened on line and existing claims can be searched by:

Clients have access to medical provider information with directions to the nearest, third party claims adjuster’s notes, coordination of care, and return-to-work instructions. Additionally, historical or current claim information is displayed graphically to illustrate:

Clients can set up new users, define user security levels, request, and view or print certificates of insurance. ClientConnect also provides users with access to documents relevant to their industry as well as safety information and FAQ’s.
