BrokerConnect

Policy Administrators need to communicate with brokers and agents. BrokerConnect is a secure, web-based portal that allows brokers to view their client’s account information, claims, and billing information. The BrokerConnect provides quick access to late pays, quotes, and applications that have not yet been submitted. They can also print or export the client’s loss run reports.
Brokers can view notes entered within the CHSI Connections™ Management System that provides information to stay informed. They can also view and search client claims by:

• Open or Closed Claims
• Date of Injury
• Claimant Name
• Claimant Date of Birth
• County

In addition, historical or current claims information displays graphically to illustrate:

• Claim Payment by Type
• Claim Cost by Type
• Claim Count by Type
• Incurred vs. Paid

BrokerConnect is easy to use and accessed through the web so no additional installation is required by the broker. Brokers stay informed and up-to-date on client activity.
